Introducing
MEET THE METHOD
This specialized class is designed for those brand new to Lagree or experienced members looking for a deeper dive into the mechanics of the Lagree Method.
Attendees can expect:
-
Machine Orientation: A slow-paced breakdown of the Mega Pro carriage, springs, straps, and black platforms.
-
Form and Alignment: Clear, hands-on instruction on how to protect your joints during slow, controlled transitions.
-
Pacing Focus: Learning how to maintain continuous "time under tension" without the pressure of a fast-moving regular class.
-
Q&A Opportunity: Time to ask trainers about modifications, injuries, or how to handle muscle shakes.

Your First Visit
Arrive Early
Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class so your instructor can introduce you to the Mega Pro, explain the equipment, and answer any questions before class begins.
Bring Grip Socks
Grip socks are required for all classes for both safety and performance.
Don't have a pair? No problem! Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.
Dress Comfortably
Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic leggings, shorts, tanks, and fitted tops are all great options.
Stay Hydrated
Bring a water bottle or purchase one at the studio before class to stay hydrated throughout your workout.
