QC Lagree is home to some of the most experienced Lagree trainers in Charlotte, with most of our instructors bringing over 10 years of Lagree experience to the studio. Our team understands the method deeply and coaches with precision, safety, and purpose so every client feels challenged and supported.

Our History
QC Lagree was born from a love of the Lagree method, a deep respect for the Charlotte fitness community, and a desire to bring something truly powerful back to Myers Park.
Christina first discovered Lagree a little over ten years ago and was immediately amazed by the way it transformed her body and challenged her mind. She had never experienced another workout like it; one that was intense, precise, low impact, and mentally engaging all at once.
What made the experience even more meaningful was the community surrounding it. Under the guidance of Arthur Pulley, the original Charlotte Lagree studio became a place where trainers and clients pushed one another to their limits in a safe, methodical, and empowering way.
When that studio closed during COVID, Christina searched for the same level of community, intensity, and expertise elsewhere but never quite found it. In early 2024, she reconnected with Arthur to talk about bringing Lagree back to Charlotte. The excitement, alignment, and energy around the idea were immediate.
Finding the right space to bring QC Lagree to life in Charlotte and the Myers Park community took time, patience, and intention but it was worth the wait. QC Lagree officially opened in early 2026 with a mission to deliver the strongest 40 minutes in Charlotte.
